Pocket Kado is the first app to deliver CBT-I (cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia) in the form of gameplay, built in collaboration with our renowned research team.

Unlike traditional sleep therapy, which is costly and inaccessible, Pocket Kado is finally making CBT-I accessible and affordable–all through an adorably engaging and interactive experience! Each feature we decide to include in the app has CBT-I thinking behind it. We’re bringing the joy back to falling asleep!
